Q. What is the time commitment?

A: Longer isn't necessarily better. We all lead busy lives and I don't want to bog you down with super long, hard to follow lessons.

1. We will meet LIVE 3x during the month of February (60-90 min.) - if you can't make it, we will have a download for you! The presentation within the LIVE will likely be pretty short. Just saving plenty of time for optional Q & A.

2. The DESTINY CODES download will be available 2/5/25 - this will be a short exercise to do on your own time and in your own space. (I did it in my car, believe it or not!) It will be an audio file so that you can listen anywhere and focus on the code.

3. There will be a couple of short journaling exercises to help you MANIFEST YOUR DESTINY! These should take about 10-20 minutes each, unless you desire to put more into it.)

4. Plus prompts & reflections in the Facebook group-- spend as much or as little time on those as you like!

Q. What do I need for this experience?

A journal or notebook and a pen or pencil. You may want to take notes during LIVE sessions.

When it comes to manifesting, it can be great to have a journal or stationary that feels really good to you-- whether you are inspired by any art on the notebook, the feel of the pages, the feel of your special pen on paper. Anything that helps you get in the mood!

BUT...that said, a napkin would work or the back of an envelope. There's no real specification here!
